Patty Guilmartin, owner of MOVE IT!…and LOSE IT!, originally from California, has managed and run successful fitness clubs for over 18 years in California. Patty’s reputation in the health and fitness industry is extensive. She is nationally recognized as an Aerobic Champion, Fitness Competitor, and International Presenter to Japan, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and many others.

Patty is known for her creative approach and enthusiasm to teaching fitness classes. She has over 30 years experience in group class instruction. Patty is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, PMA Pilates Instructor, and Official Zumba Instructor, with multiple certifications including Zumba Basics I, Zumba Basics II, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, and Zumbatomics.

Her passion is to reach out to as many people as possible through fitness and help individuals; enjoy life, have fun, stay healthy, and achieve their fitness goals.

Heather Chumbler has joined Patty Guilmartin as the Marketing and Development Director of MOVE IT!…and LOSE IT! Heather has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources. She has success in sales and marketing for more than 14 years.

Heather is certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Group Exercise Instructor. She is an Official Zumba Instructor with multiple certifications including Zumba Basics I, Zumba Basics II, Zumba Gold, and Zumba Toning. There is nothing that she likes more than to see the smiling faces of the people who attend her classes!
